Sherry has done a great job of explaining what's going on with my car, and being transparent with costs. I know they're going to give me an honest price, and do great work. Great people, and quality work. I recommend!
I have had nothing but great things to say about Addison Automotive! Incredibly fair, and very open and honest about what needs to be done! I will continue to use these guys for my repair needs. It's nice to see a shop not treat me like their next steak dinner!
This place was just purchased by a young couple, and they are doing a really commendable job trying to build relationships with their customers through exceptional service - as in fast, cheap, high quality work. I brought in an old Ford Freestar minivan that needed new ignition wires to pass state inspection, and they got it done for faster and cheaper than anybody else I called could offer. Sherry was a great service advisor, which was probably helped by the fact that she's also an owner! We will definitely be returning to them for future unexpected maintenance and repair needs.

I've been going to Addison Auto for over a year now. I think they're very down-to-earth, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. I've never had any issues after numerous visits and would highly recommend them! They have always done their best to make sure I understood my vehicle needs and what it takes to care for it in the best possible way. It's like they know auto repair can be outside of our normal day to day budgets and they were okay with working with me to get the best results on the most important items needed first. As much as I don't want to have to see them very often I look forward to taking my car there for years to come because I trust them.
