The one word I choose to capture my experience with Mustang Moving, from first phone call to after the move, is professional. Chad, my pre-move coordinator and front-line first contact, was courteous & set detailed expectations. The crew of 4 guys arrived on-time on moving day and were a joy to work with. The only hitch was that an exit sign was damaged during the move-out--which the owner, Kale, promptly refunded the damage invoice amount back to my card, no questions asked. Talk about professional! Thanks Mustang for the great move & client care.
The guys were the fastest movers I've ever seen in my life. While also being one of the most entertaining group of guys I've been around. They laughed and made us laugh and made the whole experience of moving as pleasant as it could be. They called before-hand, were careful with items, and I liked that they were everyday employees. My Mom is moving in a few days and we will be using them again.
I moved apartments a few days ago, and this was my third time using Mustang to move. Although it was my biggest move yet, these guys finished faster and more efficiently than I could have ever imagined. The original quote was accurate and fair, all four guys showed up on time and ready to work, and couldn't have been nicer and more polite. I had been stressing about the move for a few weeks, and within minutes they had removed all worries. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other companies, necessarily, but the price is well worth it, and Mustang hasn't failed me one time. Couldn't recommend any higher.
Mustang Moving is wonderful! This is the third time we have used them. Rafael is AWESOME! Seriously, this guy needs a raise :) He's professional and gets everything packed and on it's way asap. He's really good at directing his team and is overall a really great person. All of our furniture is always wrapped securely and carefully. Next time we move my husband and I will definitely be using Mustang Moving.
