Small place with a nice crowd. I had no problems with service at all. Pool table and an arcade or two. Friendly staff! Just the kind of place we were looking for. Good selection of beer as well.
We live in the circle and sometimes when my husband and I are feeling social we will go to the duck for a drink. I always see a tall man working there both day and night and he is always super friendly. I order the same thing each time I go. A dirty martini lol, and he always makes them the way I like it. He is always swift to ask if my husband needs another beer. We are never left waiting. The patrons of this bar are pretty laid back as well. I enjoy coming here.
Super friendly croud but not that busy for a Friday night. Guess it doesn't matter though if you run into the right people. If you've never been to the area (referred to as Addison Circle) the bars in this area are amongst 1st floor business and whatnot topped by converted industrial style apartments and such. Sorta reminded me of the South Loop area of Chicago. Really cool and friendly vibe. Tried the chicken nachos. 3.9/5 at least. (I have an irritable tummy
This place has a great selection of beer. I came here Wednesday for 1/2 off fish and chips and trivia night. It was a good time. They have nightly drink specials.
I️ was decently hammered by the time I️ arrived at this establishment so I️ don’t remember everything but I️ do remember that the car bombs were delicious. My friend said his burger was good. Nice outdoor area too. Would recommend.
